Enquiry & booking forms

When you request training, request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, the course you are interested in, number of people, preferred dates and any message you add.

Reviews

If you submit a review, we collect your name, your company (if you provide it), your rating and your review text. Reviews are only published on the site after we manually approve them. If approved, your name, company and review become publicly visible on the website.

Technical & security data

Our server keeps standard logs (including IP address and a backup copy of form submissions) to deliver enquiries reliably, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the site secure.
